Refund Policy
This policy applies to all unique, handcrafted, and homemade bracelets purchased from Crafted Cuffs. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 10 days of receiving your bracelet.

Condition: The bracelet must be unworn, unused, and in the exact condition it was sent to you.

Original Packaging: Please include all original packaging materials (e.g., jewelry bags, custom tags, care instructions).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Due to the nature of homemade and personalized products, certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom Orders: Bracelets made to specific, non-standard sizing or personalized with unique names, initials, or specific color requests cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the customization (e.g., misspelled a name).

Design Variations: Please note that all our bracelets are handmade, meaning slight color variations, minor size discrepancies, and subtle differences from the product image are inherent to the process. These slight variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.

Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
